Problem:

All business related information place randomly within the residential area and business owners found it very difficult to find the information in a timely manor.

The cost of a resident / business owner calling / visiting the council was calculated at £7.80 compare to using the website the costs were £0.80.

Solution:

Create a new business portal providing everything a business owner would need.

Market research and Google Analytics identified more users use their mobiles to conduct internet searches thus Islington Borough council adopts the "Mobile first Approach".

Even though mockups were created in Laptop, these were then designed to mobile responsive designs and were developed for end user testing on mobile devices which were tested at every stage.
